Paying it forward
I have to share this.
Last week I posted some questions about ViEDs and tuners. In particular I wanted to know if the ViEDs worked for the changes I had in mind being slip ons and a higher flow air cleaner. TIN CUP responded, answered my questions then offered to send me a set of ViEDs he was not using...free of charge! I accepted and 4 hrs later the man sent me a USPS tracking number, postage already paid, priority mail. They arrived today still in the original packaging. Needless to say I was shocked that someone I had never met and lives 1500 miles away would send me his unused parts and pay the postage. Most people would leave stuff laying on the shelf in the garage or try to unload it on eBay or the forum. I find this act of generosity mind blowing. All he asked in return is if we cross paths the first beer is on me. In that spirit of generosity I would like to try and pay it forward....
If anyone needs a stock shorty sissy bar or stock air cleaner setup from a 2015 wide glide, all you have to do is IM me your address and I will send it to you. Rather than have it gather dust on a shelf in my barn maybe you could use it or make something cool out of it. No strings attached. I am touched by TIN CUPS act and believe what goes around comes around. THANKS TIN CUP!

I am glad you got them so quickly, I hope that they can give you want you need for your setup, should you ever upgrade give them to the next in line, 'paying it forward' is the only way in my world

A Pay it Forward thread here on HDForums would be great, we've all got so much stuff we're not using that can help someone else, perhaps we can keep this thread you've started going and start a new trend
