Well it says mid-glide. The narrow glide can be made to fit the mid-glide as well as the wide glide one. The difference is in the width hence the question is it the narrow glide one or the one designed for wideglide. Yes I read it. And does it come with the headlight mount.

Model number is 06-035.. Yes, it comes with headlight bracket. It's the mid glide.. It does not have a curve in it like the wide glide one has..
