Wheels.........
I mean come on...I talked to my Harley Dealer...I was looking at a set of Chrome Wheels....Style like the Colorado Customs or Hog Pro Shelby style Wheels...21" front 18 or 17 Rear with tires and rotors...and a 21" wrapped front fender...out the door painted fender and installed on Bike...$5500.00.....I mean really...There has to be way better deals out there....?????

Thats what I thought.....I don't have a lift here or the means to install the wheels...and I know I will take a hit getting the fender painted...but 5500.00 bucks for all installed seemed a little steep

I paint cars and bikes as a hobby. See if you can catch some painters that do side work. Alot of car dealers let there guys moonlight. You can get a cheap lift at sears for around 100.00. Get the wheels you want then take them to an indy to mount. I am sure you will save a bunch. I just painted a buddies 92 ultra classic materials was around 350. but I gave him the clear other wise with his paint choices it wouldve been around 500. It took him 3 nights after work to sand everything. I sprayed it in 2 nights just to give you an ideal on the labor.

I have a buddy who can paint it for me...he has a paint booth and paints cars....but lets say ...tops fender and paint 1000.00 bucks...which I am guessing high...thats 4500.00 for wheels and tires...installed...geezs

Wheels can be expensive but 4500. sounds crazy to me.
