Default Custom Dynamics Triple Play Question?

Hey guys, have a question for you. I have a '07 RG and just put stretched bags and fender on it. I ordered plasma rods for it to run as my run, brake, turn. I see that the Triple Play for my year bike only comes with the plastic square harness plugs on each end of the Triple Play. Newer bikes can order one that has the factory plug on one side and the Posi-locks on the other. Concerning the Triple Play for my bike, am I able to cut the wires needed from the plug on the one side and use Posi-locks to connect my plasma rods? I talked to CD today and they tried telling me I needed the Triple Play plus their Universial plug that has the Posi-locks all plugged into one another. Just trying to avoid the universal one if I don't need it. Not sure why they don't make a Triple Play with the Posi-locks for older bikes with custom fender/lights??

Default Yes and No

You could totally cut the plug off and access what you need, but you'll void the warranty on the triple play

They offer a 'universal' triple play that has no connectors, just wires for wiring into any application ... No need to cut off connectors ...
Just cut out the wires from the lighting harness in the bike and wire them through the triple play.

I actually saw that one but figured it would be better to cut the plug off of the triple play rather than hack up my stock wiring harness. Who knows? Probably doesn't matter in the long run. Thanks for your reply!
