i blew my stator, replaced it, blew it the same day of replacement, put on new stator and regulator, did the testing and only pulling 13.8-14.2.
only other thing to replace in this is the rotor.
i have checked all connections, and the battery is fine.
Its on a 05' softail deluxe, shotgun shock and 2 speakers.
I installed and had everything disconnected and still below normal. I did notice that when i connected everything again, when the shotgun shock is turned on even with the throttle open that thing drains a ton on the system, i saw it dip below 12.5 a couple of times.

13.8-14.2V is a normal charging voltage.
The shotgun shock must draw a lot of power (Amps). You're probably just seeing a voltage drop due to the high current draw. Sounds like you have a bad connection somewhere in the system, or the stock harness isn't up to the additional current draw.
