Default Electrical help please

I have an 03 Heritage and while I was riding my speedo, turn signals and brake lights stopped working. I looked at connections on my battery and everything is good. Tonight I went to further investigate and when I turned ignition on everything worked until I squeezed my front breaks. It went out then came back on. Tried it a few more times and the same thing until it stopped coming on. Could this be the VSS or something else. Thank you in advance for any help.

Sounds like the front brake switch may be causing a short. The little button switch that is just inside the switch housing.

ok, this morning I did a little more trouble shooting kinda... I turned on the ignition and everything was normal so I tried the foot brake and the same thing happened, I lost the backlight on speedometer and odometer went out and turn signals wouldn't work. turned if off and back on and everything was normal. I turned on turn signal and hit foot brake and everything went out and I couldn't turn off my turn signal.. Is this a relay of some sort causing my headache??
