I am looking @ b-1 guess i dont understand how to read it because i dont see a 3d on there
It is confusing....
Go to the drawing that shows the fuse block and up in the right corner you see 64-1B then go down to the System relay and you see the connection for BE/GY is 3D
There is no reason to be checking for power, you know that the ECM fuse is blowing, and since it only blows when the ignition kill switch is on, we know that the short is somewhere after the system relay (Yellow/Green wire).
Follow that Yellow/Green wire and look for any chafing on the insulation or sheathing. If nothing obvious, unplug all the connectors for the circuit, and check for continuity to ground with a multi meter. Move the wires around while checking with the meter and look for a change.
