Blowing ecm fuse!

Ok after looking i can see the fuse panel labeled. I skiped tested the rely, i swaped in another one, step 2 3d to ground i do have voltage. Skip to step 3. Not sure how to find 85b terminal a

Ok ill look at the yellow green wire.
There is no reason to be checking for power, you know that the ECM fuse is blowing, and since it only blows when the ignition kill switch is on, we know that the short is somewhere after the system relay (Yellow/Green wire).
Follow that Yellow/Green wire and look for any chafing on the insulation or sheathing. If nothing obvious, unplug all the connectors for the circuit, and check for continuity to ground with a multi meter. Move the wires around while checking with the meter and look for a change.
