I don't have any soft tail schematics so I'm looking at Roadking.
Running lights come right of a fuse labeled Lights, 15A. The running lights share the same ground wire with the turn signals.
The Auxiliary lights get power from the Headlamp fuse through the low beam side of the headlight switch to the Auxiliary light switch they ground to the bracket.
The fender tip light gets power from the Accessory fuse, and shares the ground with turn signal circuit.
Did you check the fuse with a meter?
I'll post 2008 drawings for a rd king and it will give you an idea how the circuits are set up. Start at the light and work your way back to the power source looking for voltage at connectors.
Good Luck

checked all fuses with test light im gonna check from each light to fuse all connectors also ii do have the schematics ill let you know how it trns out thank you
Can you get your test light in on both sides of the fuse when the fuse is installed?
If you don't have a digital multimeter most big box stores carry them for $25 and they will serve you better than a test light and do so much more
