Default 08 StreetGlide
I've got a 08 StreetGlide and till now have had no problems.
My question is why would your accessory fuse blow and then after replacing, blow again. I have no tail lights, turn signal, horn or cruise control. I'm lost.

Sounds like a wire has broken in that circuit and is shorting out against the frame or something else.

Short somewhere in the accessory circuit...

Disconnect the connector for the rear lights, see if it still blows the fuse.

It is common for the wires that run underneath the rear fender to become damaged.

By, "lost", do you mean you have checked and inspected every circuit that fuse feeds and don't find any problem?
