Default Turn signal issue

I searched the forum but didn't find what I was looking for. Lately when I push my turn signal switch on either side the signal doesn't come on. It takes several "pushings" to get it to activate. Is there a way to clean the switches or are thet sealed. Do I have a bad module perhaps?

I don`t think the switches are the problem, not both at the same time.

Try unplugging the connector for the turn signal module and clean the electrical connections inside with some contact cleaner.

Make sure none of the pins are backed out of the connector.

put some silicone dielectric grease (spark plug boot grease) in the plug before putting it back together...helps keep the corrosion down.

I was finally able to work on this turn signal issue tonight and after I located it and removed the connector, I didn't see any corrosion but I cleaned it and greased it with dielectric grease. Well it didnt help at all. I think the module may be bad. Where can I find one? I have looked online but all I come up with is the Badlands converter. Is it called something else?

Well that $130 module fixed the problem so I'm happy. Now I started to look into the Badlands converter and am interested in one.Does anyone have any feedback on them. I will get the plug and play model since I abhor splicing wires.
