led headlight

I have a 2013 night rod special. I am changing to a LED complete unit, to install can I just unplug the old one and plug the new one in or have I got to take out the main fuse because of the alarm etc

As long as you have your key fob close you should be fine

Thanks heaps it always worries me the threat of alarms going off.
