2003 FXDL Not Charging

Default 2003 FXDL Not Charging
Voltage doesn't change when engine is running or RPMs are increased. Stays around 12.4. Battery needs to be replaced but I need to fix the charging issue. Stator went from 34 to 41 volts when RPM was increased (enrichener out to start so around 1500 rpm) and dropped back accordingly. No continuity on either side to ground. Bad Regulator I assume? Hoping so, that's the easy part to replace if something has to be broken.

At the top of this section there are two Stickies on checking your charging system. They should enable you to diagnose the cause of your problem.

If the AC voltage goes up and down with the rpms on all the legs, it's the regulator.

Thanks guys. All signs point to regulator. Going to check one more time for any loose or broken wires and order a new regulator.
