2000 Fat Boy Quits while running down the road
Running down the road the bike just quits. It will turn over but won't start unless you turn the ignition switch off and on. Once restarted it will quit as soon as you let the clutch out. This might go on for 2 minutes or 10 minutes then usually will run Last it lasted long enough to get to my driveway and quit again . Does anyone have any ideas as to what is the problem

Same thing happened to a friends 2000 Fatboy a few years ago. The problem with his was the 2 post circuit breaker located towards the front, front = as sitting in the seat, of the rear fender. If I remember correctly the circuit breaker was not covered and sealed well causing the contacts inside the circuit breaker to corrode from water, dirt etc being thrown from the rear tire.
