All,

I received new Radiantz turn signal inserts for my 2018 Road Glide Ultra today. I installed them and powered-on the motorcycle to check for proper operation.

The left LED insert did not work. I turned off power, swapped sides and the left side still did not work. Both LEDs function properly, but neither works in the left turn signal housing. I replaced the incandescent bulbs, and both function properly.

Voltmeter check with ignition on showed just over 12 volts in the left housing.

Am I missing something? Can someone help?

LED's are polarity sensitive
