Help Please!! 2012 Dyna FXDC

Today I changed out my handlebars, running the stock wires internally, and now when I turn the switch on, the lights in my speedo flash rapidly, I have no headlight or tail/turn lights, and bike will not start. Charger says battery is fully charged. All three plugs, one from left switch and both from right switch are plugged in, I have checked multiple times by unplugging and replugging. My main 40amp fuse is good. I have no doubt it is an easy fix but I am at my wits end right now. Bike was running fine two days ago when I parked it. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I had a similar problem after running my wires thru new bars...turns out I pinched the control wires on the left side between the clutch perch clamp an broke a wire.
