Default Diagnotic Code

I have a '12 Street Glide just got Sat! Fiddling around the trip meter going through it to see what it had, because my 07 Ultra didn't have the fancy trip meter with the clock. But I notice there was a r lo code on the screen right before you press the meter button to clock. The service person said it meant low fuel, but couldn't explain what the problem was if you got the code and you have a full fuel tank! Any Suggestion?

I found out why there was a r lo code on trip meter when the gas tank was full. The battery! I went out to start up bike to take it around the block Sat night and no start, no click from batt. So I put the battery on the charger the HD shop gave me when I traded the 07 Ultra for the '12 Street Glide and let it go all the way until this past Mon afternoon. Still nothing, so I took battery, which to me looked old and went and got a new one NO CHARGE! Put Battery in last night, bike fired up and code went to r210, which I figure that meant I have 210 miles before refuel.
