Need help with code B1134
Hello all. I am hoping someone here can help. I have a 2006 Street Bob. I attempted to start the bike yesterday and it did nothing. I turn the ignition off and back on and noticed the blinkers flashing. I continued the startup ( I was on my way to work and did not have time to investigate why my blinkers were flashing right away) again pressing the start switch and the bike started normally.Of course when I got to work I began investigating and soon found that the blinking indicated an error code had been logged. I checked the error code and found it to be B1134 STARTER OUTPUT HIGH. I cleared the code, started the motorcycle normally and walla, no more blinking lights. Several hours later, when I went to lunch, I attempted to start the bike and it did the same thing again. Throwing the same code again. My guess is that there is a degraded part about to go out (perhaps starer relay), but I really don't know. What does this code mean? Where should I start? I search here and on google has turned up nothing except the procedure for getting the code. I need to know where to start troubleshooting based on the code. Help please?!
