I want to build a wire extension for my gauge relocation that is plug and play, I would like to avoid cut and splicing if possible. Can anyone help point me to where I can get a female plug that I could plug the stock gauge plug into? I am pretty sure the stock harness male plug PN is 72130-04. I just don't know where to cross reference and find a plug I can plug that into. Thanks for any help you can provide.
That looks like the male end, just like the one on our harness that plugs into the socket on the back of the gauge. I am looking for a female (maybe the male, based on the connectors in the link you sent) receiver that I can plug that into and build a harness extension with. I will check the second link you sent, thanks for that.

Thanks, I'll check it out too. I didn't find anything on that first site you suggested so I sent them an email with a pic of the connector to see if they can help any. Now to check out this link.
Since there are only 8 wires going into the 12-pin connector, I guess I could always de-pin it and re-pin into a 8-pin connector then use the extension and pin it into the stock 12-pin connector. Then I would just need to find a 8-pin that used the same pin set. as the stock connector.
