Default Tail light issues

I installed the tail light relocation kit on my 14 Slim and after all was done everything worked no issues. Then I buttton everything up and reinstall seat. Go to roll off lift and notice the left rear turn signal isn’t working no left rear running lights and no left side brake light. Everything on the right side is fine
Check the bulb fine, start tracing the wire back and no power going to the female side of the left side plug under the seat. Never did anything to the female side.
Two other things when I turn on the switch the normal start up noise is just a few low sounding clicks and there is a low rrng code.
And the bike does start and run. Lost folks any thoughts

How about the left front marker and turn signal light? Does it light up? Can you pull the run/brake/turn out of the circuit, if so does the turn act normal? What run/brake/turn module are you using? Could the female connector or the wires going to it have been crushed by the seat?

All stock nothing changed, all lights and blinkers work other then the left rear has nothing and not right or left rear running lights. Now when you turn off the bike all lights blink once as they are suppose to.

OK, looking things over the BCM controls the tail lights and the Stop/Turn/Run function is integrated in this model as there is no brake light. That being said, you need to check at the BCM to see if it is sending out the turn signal signal and trace it out to the point that you no longer get the signal otherwise the BCM may have an issue. Have you checked for diagnostic codes? If not I would check to see if maybe the BCM had noted an issue and disabled the single light as there may be a short to ground situation.
