Funny noise while bike is on trickle charger

Agree with everything you say. I don’t have the money to just go out to start buying parts anyway. I like your idea of pulling the fuses to find the culprit if there’s a drain on the battery

Is the IAC pulsing with the key off? If it is, it's water in a relay as stated above.

I will check that. If it is the IAC then this is a possibility

My battery has a 13.3 V drain

The only thing that changes that is the ECM fuse and the system relay. Then the voltage drops to 12.9 V

Guess I will start looking at the output of the voltage regulator and stator

Yes. You must measure parasitic drain in amps.

is this a valid test for the rectifier?

about 1:35 in. with my drain at over 13V is that an indicator that the rectifier is bad
