B2161 = Brake lamp output open
B2272 = BCM/IM voltage high
This code can mean many different things, but in this case it likely means "Break Switch Stuck Open"
U0141 = Lost comm w/LHCM
Check the plunger on the brake fluid reservoirs. The gaskets often dry out and will prevent the plunger from returning far enough to close the switch and turn off the brake light. You can lubricate the plunger and gasket with brake fluid. This happens to me a lot on my 2011 Street Bob. You will have to loosen the controls on the handlebar to get to the front brake plunger. Also, have a rag handy so you do not get brake fluid on any painted surfaces.
If code U0141 does not go away after you get the break switch to close you may have another issue to solve. Code U0141 can also be a false/positive if you're using a piggyback (non-flash) tuner like the Vance and Hines FuelPak.
Good Luck!
