Custom Dynamic shout out!
Bought a Custom Dynamic Magic Tour Pak Harness for my 2019 Ultra Limited this past Saturday. Yep from the HD dealer. Installed it same day. New harness left side light connector very poor connection. Light flickered on and off. I spliced in the original HD connector fixed it. I E-Mailed Custom Dynamic on the same Saturday. Someone called me back after 4pm. WOW. I explained to Todd the representative who called me what was the problem. It is now only Wednesday and the replacement showed up. Just installed it and it works as it should. Great service. In the 5 years owning two different bikes and installing all Custom Dynamic lighting on each. Any issues I have had through installing or failed parts have been remedied very quickly. I have additional lighting coming tomorrow and I expect the same great quality. Just a shout out!
