STT module bad?

STT module bad?
Please help
If I still have run and turn signals. But no brake light. Could this be the culprit??
also when I tap on it. the tail lights flicker and one will get really dim, the Not blink at all when blinker is on.

Something I probably have to buy from dealership? Cant really find them anywhere else.
