Default Brake Lights

Seeing as how I am rusty on my electrical, hopeing some one can help me out here. I am removing my stock brake light and setting up my turn signals on my fender to use a brake lights. I have already installed and tested the module that allows your turn signals to light up when the brakes are applied, the running brake/turn signal light module. The question I have, is can I completly remove the (not sure of the technical name) the conector board that all the turn signal and brake lights and wires plug into, and just splice the turn signal wires to the main wires (running from the module) that would normally run into that board where everything plugs in together? I hope I have explained this clearlly and didn't cause any confusion. If not, please let me know and will try to explain better. Thanks a bunch for all the help in advance.

From what i have seen of my brake light all that is in there is a quick connection board and there should be no issue eliminating it.

If i understand you right your not going to have a rear tail light your just going to use the module to make your rear signals function as the tail light?

Thats the idea. I am going to mount to turn signals side by side on the fender to be the brake lights, but also serve as turn signals. Since I have to have them in my state.

Don't see why it wouldn't work not sure what it will look like and what your plans are to fill the hole in the fender where your tail light was mounted.

Bobbed the fender down so there won't be a hole. Thanks for all the input.
