I am converting all my lights to LED. I was told I need a load equalizer for the turn signals. Do I need one for the headlight and tail light as well?
Also I want to convert my rear turn signals into running lamps. I found this but not sure if it will do all of the aforementioned -

Should not need anything else for the headlight and tail light.
Load equalizer is needed for turn signals because of differences in electrical resistance ant current draw in LEDs vs. incandescent lights.
The signal flashing circuit won't operate the LEDs correctly without the equlizer.
