00 softail shuts down upon stopping
Problem just arrived in time for summer. My 00 softail, cv carb shuts off when I come to a stop, otherwise runs great. I know "don't stop" ha ha. 65k miles mine since 06 when purchased with 11k miles. Check engine codes via engine lamp test point at cmp 42 and ckp 56. Replaced with new cmp, no joy. Still shuts down. She does start back up eventually, after several tries, and will run fine until I stop. Don't want to keep replacing components without a sense of certainty. Any one seen this before?
