Default 2004 dyna Turn signals and speedo cutting out

Riding to work the other morning on my 2004 dyna super glide and out of know where speedometer and turn signals stop working but everything else is fine so I keep riding at lest 15km down the road bike cuts out completely no power hit starter and nothing, I remove fuse cover and wiggle all fuses hit starter button and it fires up and ride the rest of the way to work. Leave work that day and bike rode fine no problem at all so I thought I would tighten battery terminals I also removed all fuses sprayed contact cleaner into fuse holders , cleaned fuses with wire brush and put dielectric grease on all fuses, rode bike to work next morning and no problems at all thought everything was fine.
on the home that afternoon it started doing the same problem so as soon as the speedometer and signals cut out I pulled over to check fuses nothing blown, I wiggled the battery fuse this time and the signals and speedometer started working, continued riding it happened 3 more times each time getting off and wiggling the battery fuse, next day rode at least 30km and not a single problem, has anyone else had or seen anything like this or know what else I can check

Nice 1st post...>.<

You either have (1) a weak battery (how old?), loose connection, or (3) bare wire grounding out...inspect your electrical.

Intermittent electrical problems can be very frustrating but it sounds like you already have a direction to go in - being able to remedy by wiggling the fuse or wiring indicates the electrical connection that’s loose would be close to where you wiggled these parts.

Id like to know what you find.

A long time ago I had a similar problem (bike would just intermittently die) after a shop had internally wired my handlebars. They skinned out some of the wiring to where the run/stop wires were grounding on the inside of the bars.

Checking the connections at the battery terminals is a good start, but only half of it. There is also the ground connection to the frame near the starter.
