FXDL 2015 relays

I’ve checked online, in the maintenance and parts manual and could find anywhere if a 2015 dyna low rider has a starter or ignition relay. If it does where is it located?

No relays on `15 model year. The BCM controls power to the starter solenoid.

Are you having a starting issue?

Its a salvage bike and it does need a bit of care. I am sure it was outside in the elements for a bit. The bike turns but it doesn't turn on. turn on the ignition and cluster, lights and fuel pump turn on (new batt with trickle charge). the bike cranks but doesn't turn on. The second time around working on it, noticed there was no spark going to the plugs from the coil. Just to be sure, I change the crankshaft position sensor and coil. I put some ignition starter and it popped and flames came out of the muffler. never done that before but didn't get a chance to check if the plug had electricity. either way, it didn't turn on. next, I am planning on using electric spray cleaner and check the grounds.
