I purchased a 2010 Harley crossbones at an auction.
does not have the fob or a security code. So I bought a new security system but, everything I read tells me I have to disarm the old system which I cannot do without the code or the fob. Can you anyone help me on installing this new system and removing the old system?
If the new security system included a new BCM then all you need to do is get the bike to a dealer to install, if you can't install, and they'll program it. No different than removing a "stock" BCM to upgrade to an alarm BCM. My last touring bike I upgraded to security rode to dealer installed new BCMin parking lot and wheeled it into service waited 30 minutes rode home.
There is a procedure called Password Learn that you have to go through when replacing the TSSM. From what I read the fobs need to be paired with the TSSM before the process and it appears you need the Digital Technician or aftermarket device to do that.
Is the replacement you bought brand new or are the fobs and TSSM paired?
I purchased a brand new system. Nothing is paired. I wondering if I plug the new one in, will it recognize the other systems, and will I see the default code.

You could try, but you're probably digging a deeper hole w/ security system function. Understand there's no dealer in immediate area, but have you called the closest one f/ guidance-recommendations? If not, I'd start there.
