Default 14 fatbob shuts off while riding

Yesterday my bike ran perfectly on the way to work. There was a light rain in the morning and bike suddenly had no power when I flipped the ignition switch. After a few choice words the dash lights flickered and finally enough juice to start the bike. So I’m thinking electrical issue. About 5 or so miles into the ride home the bike shuts off and surges back to life within a few seconds before I can come a stop. Does that every 30 seconds or so all the way home. Checked all my connects the next day. Everything looks good and dry. Bikes starts right up without any issues. Almost made it 10 miles into work before she dies and surges again. No lights on the speedo. Brand new spark plugs and wires. Battery connections are good. Hoping to dive into it tomorrow. Hoping it’s just a loose connection somewhere. Could it also be fuel related?
