I have a 2007 Road King Custom. I am going to wire up a phone charger/mount to use as GPS. I found a plug behind the headlight. I want to find out what type of plug it is so I can use it without cutting into my wiring.

If that plug was tested and has 12+ voltage when bike is ON then perhaps it is part of the wiring harness for a front fender tip light that goes unused on your model.
While not the mate for that specific connector I find that Posi-Lock connectors make connections and tapping easy and I do not need to search for connectors.
No cutting and it can go back to stock easily.
