If just a momentary strike or touch it's not likely it hurt much of anything.
Ck charging with a volt meter. 13.8 -14.2 reading has been a good rule for me
Oh Raise engine rpm to about 1500 or so when testing

If so I'd bet money your good to go.
Are you measuring at the battery ??
Ya might increase the rpm on this old a bike and see if it won't get up to closer to 14 v

13 is just a bit low now if you came back with 13.6 I'd feel better
