Blown fuses

I have a 2002 road king. The battery recently died, the battery was accidentally left on. The battery was charged but when I drove it I noticed the speedo, brake light and turn signals didn’t work. I found a blown fuse, replaced the fuse and everything temporarily worked. I took the bike out and after a couple blocks noticed nothing was working again. I checked the fuse and it was blown again. (The accessories 15 amp fuse) Could a bad relay blow the fuse?

A blown fuse is caused by a short. Start checking every wire and connection one at a time with a dvm.

The short is in the accessory circuit.

First thing to check is the wiring harness that runs underneath the rear fender, unplug the connector and see if the fuse still blows.
