still not having any luck, I've tried a set of stock handlebars that were still wired in case the apes has any damage inside, still getting a p2122 code after i shut bike off after a test ride, using data I'm getting 5.2 volts at times and sometimes hits 5.3, TPS and ECM have been replaced, losing my shirt and my mind on this one,all the pins and connections seem to be ok

I didnt see anywhere where it says what year it is. That can matter. 2008s were known for the seat hitting the connector at the ecm.
After a certain year they changed the material and some produced before then that will not resolve after terminal replacement get induction modules.
