Can anyone answer this or experienced this.?
i went to start my bike and the battery was dead. I removed the lithium battery and charged it. When placing the battery back into the bike. The bike was trying to start it self . The start button was in the off position. I disconnected the solenoid but when I plug the solenoid back in the bike still tries to start it self

Welcome to the HDFORUM. This is the software type issues. The community team will probably move it to the correct area. I just poked him for you.

@Freet630 I have moved this thread from the Forum Issues section to the Electrical/Lighting/Alarm section as you will get better responses to your question in this section.
The Forum Issues section is more for discussing any issues you are having with the Harley Davidson Forum website software

What did you disconnect. The small or the large wire? Could be your solenoid contact is frozen.

Also could be the BCM.

The smaller wire that goes into the solenoid. That clips into the solenoid

So there is power on it with key off. Says it's not the starter.

Now if it only does it as soon as you key on, it could be a broken start switch. Least hopefully that's the issue.

By any chance, has new bars incorporated internal wireing or bike been in an accident?
