Because I changed the rear fender to a SuperGlide rear fender on my Street Bob so that I could eliminate the rear turn signals in favor of an integrated rear light. It was partially driven by the ugly rear turn signals on the stock 2009 FXDB, as well as the desire to install a quick release kit, which is way easier without the turn signals.
