Default speed sensor

OK! How do I "clean" my speed sensor? The dealer did it last time and said they would replace it if it went bad again. Right now, though, I can't get to the dealer (it's warrantied) and if it's not that big of a deal or no special tools are needed I can do it my self and save $50 and a day or more of traveling to and from the dealer.
Oh Yeah, I have a 2000 Geezer Glide Classic pretty much bone stock with 70k miles, so things are gonna start needin' some extra TLC.

You simply pull it out and clean the metal shavings off of it. Check o-ring and reinstall. If it's acting up again I'd replace it. A manual is a must.
