Went to the Bright *** Lights website and found that HD of Annapolis carries Bright *** Lights.. Jumped on my Ultra and drove up only to find that the parts dept has no idea what I am talking about. So for those who have bought Bright *** Lights from a dealer, are they packaged under the Harley logo or as Bright *** Lights??
Are you sure, I just surfed their web and here is what I found:

Bright *** Lights are their own packaging and damn they work! I hate to say it I had an older set of Kuryakyn's on my 2006 Ultra and my wife's 2003 Road King and everyone riding with us complained they couldn't see our lights in bright daylight (which we have a lot of around here). So went to the Bright *** lights and bang everyone sees us now! By the way they work with the H-D turn-signal running lights kit (69461-06A Auxiliary Running Light / Brake Light / Turn Signal Conversion Kit - Flat Lens Style) and the tri-bar fender lights (91067-07 Tri-Bar Lighted Rear Fender Extension Kit).

they are packaged as Brightasslights.
I ordered them from the BAL website and found out they were shipped to Lynnwood cyclebarn in Washington and from there they were shipped to me....
Thank you for taking the time to contact us about this issue. We contacted Harley-Davidson of Annapolis and explained to them that this is unacceptable to us. They do have a display and they are a dealer for us, however they have no stock at this time and the display is not even out. They recently had some changes of people in the parts department and this may have been part of the issue as well. Now I am not sure if you have purchased a light yet or not, but I contacted Mike's Famous Harley-Davidson in New Castle, Delaware as they are a sister store to Annapolis and they will sell you the light with free shipping if you would like. Just contact Beth at Mike's Famous H-D 302-658-8800 if you are interested. She is the parts manager there and said she would take care of this for you.
We take great pride in our customer service and do not like to hear our dealers not helping our customers. Please accept our sincere apology.
