Default Blinker Problems

I just installed new blinkers (OEM) on my 08 Fatboy. Now the wiring on these is not rocket surgery, so I felt pretty sure I could handle it. After replacing them I have one blinker (right) that blinks very fast and the other (left) one is fine. On the right one only one of the filaments is lighting up. I've tried 3 different bulbs all with the same results. Do I have a fubar'd new blinker? Maybe possible that I have one of the wires not making contact in the connector I used?

change the bulb. Its likely the filament in the bulb that is fubar.

Tried 3 known good bulbs already. Thanks though.
