Automobiles and trucks tend to have batteries with higher cold cranking amps, but you can get MC batteries rated high above stock also. It is not likely to cause any problem whatsoever. UNLESS.....you have an issue in your bike wiring, or charging system that caused your scooter battery to fail in the first place. When a battery is charging, the voltage will be up around 14-or-so on a properly operating charging system and it's the same on your Harley. When it's charging...it will be up around 14 volts. The danger is that an auto battery will generally deliver a lot more amperage for a longer period of time and if it's a bug in the wiring somewhere....it will find it.
Had a buddy once that tried to crank his ATV by jumping it off with his bulldozer, which just happened to have a 24V system. It spun alright...but you should have seen the sparks fly and smelled the melting insulation.
Generally speaking....it won't cause any problem at all unless you happen to have an internal short in the battery in the bike, or some other issue. I have jumped them off time and again. Attach the NEG cable to a good ground on the frame and you can stick the POS side of the cable on the lug on top of the starter where your main battery cable connects. You never have to take the seat off.
