I encountered a wiring glitch when installing the Tri Bar Fender Extension LED (91067-07) following and earlier installation of the rear LED turn signals (68127-10/68128-10). The Tri-Bar is designed to operate in dual run/brake modes. Thus all three cavities in the three-way socket housing are occupied. So what right? Note that the turn signals are designed to perate in 3-way run/turn/brake modes. Cavity two of the three way fender tip connector is also neededto operate the brake light in the turn signals (R/Y wires in the two way harness), which you are instructed to install in the vacant cavity 2 of the OEM socket housing. To get this all to work correctly, you can splice and solder and hope all goes well. Or get another Y-harness (p/n 69138-10), and 2 Way socket housing (p/n 72912-01BK), for about $15. These allow you to disconnect the Tri-Bar red center wire and connect that and the y-harness from the turn signals into a 2nd y-harness, and into the three way Tri-bar socket housing.
You should use a terminal pick to disconnect terminals from sockets. Good luck.
I'll attach pictures when I'm done. I had to order the harness and socket, not stocked, as usual. Look for an update next week.
