Dim headlight

Default Dim headlight
I'm wondering what would cause my headlight to be dim. The high beam seems normal but the low beam was terrible. I tried replacing the bulb with a new one that is supposed to be brighter than stock, but it's the same as the old one, dim.

Any ideas?

I think you may have a bad ground somewhere.

Bad ground? Maybe corrosion somewhere along the line?
