Default Key Ignition

Hello Everyone,
Hope all is well. I just got a 1995 HD Sportster 1200 and my ignition is a little loose. Sometimes I have to turn the key a couple of times before is allows me to start it. Asking how do you check or fix this problem. The unit itself looks in great shape and I don't see any screws that hold it in place so if anyone could help I would appreciate greatly. Thank you and have a great day!

Mark

The chrome trim ring might need to be tightened if that's already tight the tumblers in the ignition might be loose. If that's the case a new vin matched ignition from the moco is close to $90.
