If wanting to step into the deeper end of the pool, then a Wood 8 @ 10.8 cr, with our Stage II Heads will show 95/95, and have one(of several many we've built) in Lyon's Falls, NY, that followed our recipe to the letter, and we tuned it off at 99 hp and 98 ft/lbs, sae.

The first build was just heads cam and a good tune by hillside, never had a big bore kit done only .005 over to clean the cylinders and i could eat 103"er's for breakfast and go after 110"er for lunch. The w-6 with head work and wisco 10 -1 is a hot ticket. but now i upped it a little to exactly 83.07 " (.030 over) 11 to 1 wisco's fitted to my already done stage II heads and added a w-8 cam and For the first time owning this bike (over 10 years now) I was a little afraid of it, Just wants to keep going faster. I believe I was doing atleast a buck30 and still didn't hit 5500rpm. I will probably never now what it is capable of. and all that without a big bore kit..... Like i've always said "any one can make power with more inches, But to make more power with less is an art" ......Huh......Thanx Scott.
