Engine/Transmission Swap

Hi guys,I own a 2006 dyna wide glide with 24,000 miles on it.I've had problems with the inner primary bearing,and transmission won't go into neutral,and valve train noise.I was wondering if a brand new 103 engine and transmission would fit the bike without any major modifications.I don't like the look of the 2014,otherwise I would just buy a new bike

I wouldn't suspect that you'd need to replace with new to correct those issues?

What Scott says; just fix the problem. The 2006 Dyna's are noted to have problems with the inner primary bearing; pretty common ailment but I don't know anyone that traded up to address the issue.
