to get to 95" or 98",the cylinders are simply bored & fitted to a piston kit.ide recommend going to 98" over 95".cams & headwork defanatly will help the build to get everything you can
you need a tuner - fuel pack will not get it done - get a 98 kit from one of the reputable sources (Hillside/FuelMoto/GMR/HQs/S&S) and take if from there.

Many ways to upgrade you 88" to run away from those 96"/103"s that you are chasing now. If you are not capable of doing the work yourself, you will need to work with a builder; two good ones are forum sponsors; Hillside Cycles/Scott Palmer and VTwin Performance/Kirby Apathy.
A proven combination would be:
1. If Stage I upgrade has not been done, that's the first step. SE A/F and good 2:1 exhaust like Bassani RR II or D&D Fatcat.
2. Bore OEM cylinders to fit a set of Wiseco or CP pistons to 98" as suggested.
3. Pick up a set of '06 or later take off heads and have them cleaned up, good SERDI valve job, new guide seals and deck (if required) to set compression at 10:1; install compression releases.
3. Go with a set of S&S 570 cams; gear drive preferred but chain is OK if budget doesn't allow for gear drive cams. The OEM cam plate, CYCO tensioner shoes with hi capacity oil pump from Drag Specialties is a good combination for the OEM setup and will save some money.
4. Put the V&H Fuelpack on EBay; TTS Mastertune or DJ Powervision tuner and a good tune is the key to optimizing the performance; a good tune is an absolute necessity; no maps, no shortcuts, a proper dyno tune by a competent tuner. Most good tuners will dial in a "break in" tune for the first 1000 miles; maybe even seat the rings on the dyno. After 1000 miles, return for the final tune.
5. Install the SE clutch spring and get a new rear tire; show tail lights to your buddies.:icon_wink"
