Default Bored and Stroked Specifics?

New guy here. Been riding asorted Harley for sometime now but just now getting more into the mechanical side (just loved riding before). Anyway, can someone explain what is meant by a bored and stroked engine? Is it just putting larger pistons in after increasing cam diameter? If you bored and stroked a 88ci engine, what would the new ci be? Lastly, if an engine is bored and stroked, what other mods are needed, bigger carb, new clutch, new trans? Sorry for the dumb question for my first post.

88 inch is 3.75 bore X 4.0 stroke (Stock)
95 inch 3.875 X 4.0
96 inch 3.75 X 4.375 (Stock)
98 inch 3.983 X 4.0
103 inch 4.060 X 4.0
103 inch 3.938 X 4.375
110 inch 4.0 X 4.375
113 inch 4.060 X 4.375

These are just the more popular combinations.

We live in the deeper end of the pool here.
117"= 4.125" Bore x 4.375" stroke
124"= 4.125" Bore x 4.625" stroke.
124" we just sent to Virginia Beach went 140.6 hp and 160.4 ft/lbs in a Dyna! Yikes!

Bored means increasing the size of the bore for the bigger pistons (cylinders ) Stroke means lengthening the rod from the crank pin off the flywheels to the piston wrist pin !Forget the cam diameter If you want to know how to calculate displacement of a V-twin let us know
