Default SE 50mm throttle body?

Getting the cylinders bored to 3.875 95ci at a machine shop in town that came highly recommended by my local chopper shop. Motor Tech,$100 for the bore and hone. WISECO Vt Piston Kit 95Ci Domed Standard Bore 3875In 10.5:1 Comprsn VTwin VT2709 $314 ebay, Smiths quick install adjustable pushrods $144,Barnett Heavy Duty clutch spring $30, S&S 585 Easy Start cam $334 ebay, S&S Cycle Premium High-Performance Tappet without HL2T Kit 330-0175 $224 ebay, Baisley LMR Oil Pressure Spring $17.50 $1,163 total for parts plus whatever Galley Motorworks charges for the install. Should get some nice power and torque I think with this build.
Already have installed Thundermax with Autotune, RSD Venturi air cleaner with K&N filter, V&H Black Big Radius Pipes

Do you think I should get the SE 50mm throttle body and larger injectors that come with it? Do you think I'll loss some low end but gain middle top end. What will I gain with this?

No more than you are doing the stock 46mm TB will do fine. If you do go to a bigger unit and injectors you'll likely gain maybe 2or3 hp and 3or4 tq if anything. Not a good return for what you're going to spend but hey, it's your money.
