Should get some nice power and torque I think with this build.

Do you think I should get the SE 50mm throttle body and larger injectors that come with it? Do you think I'll loss some low end but gain middle top end. What will I gain with this?
No more than you are doing the stock 46mm TB will do fine. If you do go to a bigger unit and injectors you'll likely gain maybe 2or3 hp and 3or4 tq if anything. Not a good return for what you're going to spend but hey, it's your money.
