Andrews 48H or Red Shift 525?
One thing that is overlooked is the compensator. The acr's engage EVERY time the engine is started not just when the operator remembers to activate them and using cr's them takes considerable strain off the comp as well. I would consider them must haves in 07 and up bikes.
That's all I am saying; look at the total cam profile and see if the profile is suited for one's riding style; look at everything. However, the first check, for me, is setting compression targets for the build and narrowing down cams based on that criteria that should deliver performance where desired. JMHO.
One last thought for roadrideking. Take a look at the S&S EZ Start cams for one with a similar profile to the 48 or the 525. I haven't looked but I suspect there is one that would work and would allow the OP to run the higher CCP without compression releases.
